The Cal Kestis LightSaber was built from screen captures and concept art from the video game "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order"
This lightsaber was first and foremost an experiment in working with a lathe and milling machine, learning techniques and order of operations needed for machining.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a machinist, I have what I would call an artistic understanding of lathes and milling machines.
The machined saber was finished with a custom silicone grip to match the one seen in game
